Welcome and Happy New Year! I’m thrilled to be teaming with Maryam to offer you a specialized meal plan for your 30-day Arbonne Cleanse. As Maryam has reiterated, your diet during this time is half the puzzle. Along with the Arbonne supplements and shakes, the meals you eat are central to supporting your body’s ability to acclimate to a new normal.

My team and I will be cooking straight from the Arbonne recipe book, so all that you consume for the 30-days is completely in line with the protocol.

Cleanses require commitment AND they require support. We know your life is busy and meal prep and cooking is last on the list of things you have time to do. Maryam and I want to ensure you feel supported so you can be successful!

Weekly Meal Plan Structure:

  • Each recipe offered will be pulled straight from the Arbonne recipe guide, and each meal will provide appropriate portioning approved by Maryam.

  • 30-day and Weekly subscriptions for duration of your cleanse are available. See pricing below.

  • You have the choice of selecting from 2 different weekly meal plan options: 7-day and 14-day

    • 7-day plans will choose 3 recipes at 1 portion each for Monday delivery and 2 recipes at 2 portions each for Thursday delivery.

    • 14-day plans will choose 3 recipes at 2 servings each for Monday delivery and 4 recipes at 2 servings each for Thursday delivery.

  • I am committed to providing the following level of food quality:

    • Organic vegetables, fruit, grains, and legumes when available

    • Organic chicken

    • Wild caught fish and seafood when available

    • Cold pressed and organic olive oil, grape seed oil, and coconut oil

    • Kosher Sea Salt

  • All meals will be packaged into individual portions in recyclable BPA-free containers that are clearly labeled. Ingredients will be separated to prevent any unwanted overlap.

  • Each Wednesday a list of recipes for the upcoming week will be emailed to you. Your weekly choices will be due by email at 5 pm Friday.

  • Confirmations will be provided and your credit card payment will be processed by 5 pm Friday.


Delivery Logistics:

Below are the details for weekly meal delivery to your home:

  • Deliveries will be made 2x/week, and delivery days will be Mondays and Thursdays.

  • Meals will be delivered on Mondays and Thursdays to your home between 2 and 8 pm.

  • Monday’s deliveries are designated for your Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday meals.

  • Thursday’s deliveries are designated for Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday meals.

  • They will be delivered in reusable tote bags with ice packs. We require that you leave the previous delivery’s ice pack and tote bag out for us to collect and reuse each Monday and Thursday.

  • If you are unable to be home to receive your delivery, we will ask that you leave a cooler outside your door to leave your food in.

  • Delivery inside the perimeter is included in the pricing outlined below. Deliveries made outside the perimeter will incur an additional $25 charge each week.

Next Steps:

You must sign-up by Friday at 12 pm for the following week.

Upon sign-up (fill in the form below), I will confirm with an email, which will include a list of options for next week, and a contract to review. We will also ask you to confirm when we can connect by phone to review any questions you have, to confirm your address, delivery details, and the credit card we will keep on file to stream-line payment.
