weekly menus that feed everyone

We are a subscription service offering diverse weekly menus with a range of vegetarian, meat, and seafood options to choose from. Each week our menu goes out on Thursdays with 5 vegetarian selections, 3 chicken options, 1 beef, 1 seafood, and 1 pork option. Curated by Chef Nancy Campbell, our weekly selections are whole-food meals that are familiar, culturally diverse, and full of flavor.

Everything we do is gluten free (with very few, pre-packaged exceptions) and done in an exclusively gluten free, peanut-free kitchen. We source locally from Dekalb Farmers Market, Buford Highway Farmers Market, Costco, and local grocery stores, creating a high-quality product that is cooked fresh the day you receive it!

If you have a lot of competing dietary needs and want to mix it up between vegetarian and meat & seafood, that's easy! Have gluten, dairy, and/or egg sensitivities? We can accommodate that from our gluten-free and peanut-free kitchen without an up-charge!

how does it work?

Our menus go out Thursdays. Your order is due by Saturday at 5 pm, and delivery arrives at your doorstep as soon as Monday evening, We offer easy and flexible plans for skipping weeks for vacation and holidays. We serve the inner perimeter of Atlanta with a drop-off location in Southern Marietta.

The minimum meal package is 4 meals, which means 4 adult-sized portions. Each selection you make is 2 servings per selection, so a typical 4-meal plan is 2 choices. We are flexible with the number of servings per selection if you wish to expand on choices or bulk up on another! Depending on your family size you can go up on portions, and then determine how many nights you'd like to cover with our delivery. You can get an automatic 2x/week delivery on Mondays, Tuesdays, and/or Thursdays with any order of 8 meals or more. For example, to cover two nights of dinner for a family of four with small children, we suggest a 6-meal order with 3 servings per menu selection.

With flexibility to mix it up each week between our vegetarian and meat & seafood options, pricing will default to the meat and seafood package pricing. Should you want to establish a standard weekly mixed order with vegetarian + meat & seafood selections, there are some pricing options there we can discuss.
