I work primarily with clients one-on-one in specially designed packages.  In my experience, packages serve the needs of both the client and practitioner best.  You have the benefit of working with me within a concise time frame to meet your goals and enough space to find a rhythm.  I am then ensured the opportunity to keep a close eye on your progress while I hold you accountable to your goals to ensure results!

We can work together over the course of 3, 6 or 9 months.  Each package includes:

  • One-on-one, 90 minute initial and first follow-up sessions to get very clear on your health history and to co-design a strategy around your goals.

  • One-on-one, 50 minute in-person or virtual follow-up sessions.

  • Personalized diet and supplement recommendations based on symptoms, dietary preferences, and an analysis of comprehensive blood work.

  • A minimum of 4-hours in your kitchen with me working hands-on around culinary skills, pantry building, kitchen flow, and meal planning.

  • Additional features can include: 

    • Grocery store visits to support strategic shopping;

    • A 3-week, whole-food cleanse to recalibrate your body, test for allergens, and support more efficient detoxification pathways. 

It's important to remember two things about this work- Nutrition is not an exact science.  It is definitely rooted in biology and biochemistry. Yet, as your body responds to stimulation and dietary change, we will tweak the approach to accommodate your physical response.

Second, my approach is comprehensive.  We need time to see how your body will be stimulated by the changes you make and the nutrients we introduce.  We also need the space to peel back the layers to get to the root of the issue because healing does not occur with a bandaid approach.   Our relationship to food is complex, culturally rooted and emotional.  We will be working together to smooth out the kinks of this relationship, allowing space for your healing and a shift in perspective.
