1) Fully stocked: I am beyond thrilled and constantly amazed by my awesome pantry. Seriously, I can get a hint of a new recipe and pretty much execute with buying minimal groceries. I can’t believe I didn’t have this resource before. Top ten? Fire Roasted tomatoes, black beans, fixins for your granola recipe, wild rice, brown rice, black rice, all the various types of cooking oil (especially coconut).

2) Planning: setting a goal for breakfast, lunch and dinners for the week. I have a recipe planning, shopping and execution plan in my calendar on my phone. And a weekly calendar magnet on the fridge. I enjoy it! I’m a planner. We generally eat out Wednesday’s and Saturdays now. It’s nice to know that’s our schedule. This level of support will truly shift your relationship to cooking with gradual, customized meal plans and a protocol to keep you from feeling overwhelmed.

  • In-depth guidance in how to restructure your pantry, reorganize your kitchen to maximize your storage capacity.

This program is completely virtual and can be managed from anywhere in the world. You just need an email address, the ability to video conference (Google, Skype, or FaceTime), and the time to shop and prepare for your meals!   Once we wrap-up the package you choose, we can continue to work together on a maintenance level.  Or you can simply take the weeks of acquired recipes, shopping lists, and plans and replicate it!!
